I don't think it's very good. As far as I'm aware, the Summoned kind of do their own thing at least in the Free Cities. I've got some friends in Solvunn but they don't have near the military presence that we do.

I'm guessing that if it ever comes down to a war, the Free Cities will have the military might but they don't have some things that Solvunn and Thorne have.
