Istredd has not been able to investigate the shrines too deeply yet, his focus in the start being logical and keeping everyone together. Once Steve gets there with his speech-giving, he can worry less about that, although he's managed to help ration where possible. Now that there are more people finding their feet here, he allows himself to go looking. His brain might not be able to rescue them, but if it could, all the better.

He goes to the shrine and at first he doesn't see her because it's dark in there and Hornet's half his size. Istredd is circling the shrine, trying to go through his mind about whether the symbol means anything to him. "It looks like the arcana," he murmurs to himself.

He hears Hornet speak a moment later, jumping a little since he is in his own world, twisting around to look for her. "Hornet. Do you see anything?" Sometimes being smaller has an advantage!
