She had briefly considered the bone, enough people are arming up around her that she's seen the option, but the thought had struck her as a little too grisly to jump to right away. Now she thinks that she can probably get over any kind of stomach turning, so she just nods.
Laura takes her hand and gets up, deliberately schooling her expression into something vaguely less put-off by the whole notion. It's just a bone, she's seen worse. In the mean time the rock goes into her pocket, and she glances around them.
"I don't fight much." She figures she might as well be upfront about that, just in case the woman gets too many ideas about how much help Laura might be in defence. "Just--it seemed like a better idea than waiting to die."
