Aside from the finger and the leg, he looks fairly normal, if perhaps a little sleepless thanks to those dark circles under his eyes, and a little... way too skinny to be going as long as they have without food, probably, but otherwise he's a quiet, unobtrusive figure that's extremely easy to miss among all these more attractive or more interesting folks.
What sets him apart is probably just the fact that he's holding a literal steaming pot of coffee in one hand that he's drinking out of directly.
He hasn't eaten in a couple of days, and he can't use his powers reliably. He can't create food. He can't even create water. He's been able to somewhat-consistently create exactly two beverages: Five and a Half Loko, and coffee. Usually... just cups of the latter, but for some reason when he tried to concentrate on making a single cup today, an entire pot came out instead.
Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, and normally running on a couple of pots a day anyway, he decided to just roll with it. So yeah, there he is, kind of starving but replacing actual calories with caffeine. The very picture of health.
Much like any awkward guy at a restaurant, Nero walks up and initiates conversation literally the second he fills his mouth with something, forcing him to quickly swallow and almost choke in his effort to get everything down so he can speak. )
