He hears that interrupted word and turns back, just in time to see Kell's visceral reaction to... something. He doesn't even think before he's reaching out to grip his arm steadily, offering him support if he needs it. Unsure about what just happened.

But then Kell is glancing over at him with horror on his face and Sylvain takes a moment to blink in surprise, his attention distracted by the new question. "Yeah, that's her. You know her?"

Not that he's all that surprised by that. She's here with Jayce and he's pretty sure almost everyone knows Jayce and Viktor by now.
