If you're like me and end up tempted to lean against the walls, they're a little back there, I wouldn't recommend it, because there are vines that try to kill you.

( Istredd believes Matt when he says he'd stay in the pit, but as most people are having a very difficult time sleeping, it seemed like it was an easy and safe thing to just lean against the walls to rest. And that turned out to be a mistake that almost cost him his life. It won't be the last time in here.)

If we stay together and ration food, we'll last longer. Right now that may be the most we can hope for.
