"No. I'm not hearing anyone here." Istredd did hear Lucifer and Yennefer at one point but he brushed that off easily, he knew they were somewhere else. It changed its tactic to someone else more likely to get under his skin. He wonders if a part of it was to make him want to stop Stregobor's voice so he would open it just to get rid of the sound. It's possible, it is a smart approach.

He is getting very annoyed at Wilhelm putting his hands on him, and he has been studying with Lucifer longer than Wilhelm has with Kyle. Not to mention that mages are trained to a point, and he is far stronger than he looks. He takes Wilhelm's arms and crosses them against his chest, putting a hand locked very tightly around his crossed wrists to hold him in place and then he backs him up toward the nearest wall. He pins him there firmly, not harming him, simply keeping him in place. If he tries to kick him he will block it.

"Wilhelm. Do not make me knock you out to save you." Istredd can knock out a witcher, a sick teenager would barely take any of his strength. He probably wouldn't even get it stopped by the blocking of their powers, it would be that easy.
