Sam nods. It's hard to trust Jo to go do this herself, less so because she's capable and more so because Sam cares about the outcome. All those involved at ripped raw by these unfortunate circumstances, and with so few options available, it's that much more difficult for Sam to allow that distance.

But they're adults with agency, perhaps more important here than anywhere else. This is how it needs to go (but make no mistake, Sam will be awaiting Jo's all-good.
