Jesper has been hovering there in the chances he gets and he does hope first of all that Inej and Kaz will find him. He's in front of the Crow Club, it seems most likely they will go to the familiar. They're still tracking everyone down and it's in a rush, but Julie told him that people have showed up more in the Horizon. And that there may be healing opportunities. Jesper looks like his normal self in here but he's pacing anxiously.

As soon as he hears that familiar cane hit the ground, Jesper turns to look at him and he's rushing toward him. A time before being excited to see him might make him daring enough to touch him, but they've shared intimacy now and there really is no stopping him. Jesper pulls him into his arms for an enthusiastic hug, holding him tightly to him like he could not possibly let him go for the rest of their lives.

"Kaz," he murmurs into his coat, choked up. It's hard to believe it's only been a few weeks since the last time they saw one another. It feels like a year. He doesn't know yet that every piece of contact with Kaz here will make him feel better once he leaves, a strange Horizon healing effect.

Jesper pulls back to look at him. Even now he wants to be careful of Kaz's physical boundaries, but he wants closeness so much. "Permission to kiss you?"
