Hilda would be envious were she not so relieved to see that Lenore was okay. She doesn't know anything about Lenore's true nature apart from not enjoying the sun, but even if she did, this entire ordeal had shown her that everyone was vulnerable when caught off guard. Hopefully the young woman would overlook her state of disarray. Almost getting caught in an avalanche and having to dig someone out would do that to you.

As Hilda pulls back to look at her realizing belatedly that she had acted on whim without remembering that their first meeting had been one where Lenore might not have had her memories. A swell of sheepishness courses through her and she starts amend herself, but is quelled in part thanks to Lenore uttering her name. Pleasure mixes with her embarrassment as she lets out a shy laugh, stepping back. "That's right! Sorry about the hug — I was just relieved to see you."
