[ Kyle moving himself in front of her doesn't go unnoticed. Anyone that looks at her might assume that she's more likely to run than stand and fight, but the minute the creature lets out a bone-rattling roar, her axe is immediately in her hands. It's not the first time she's encountered beasts or creatures, but she's never had to face them against two people she's never fought alongside before, let alone a guy with just a metal rod. The creature's roar begins to fade, echoing into the mountains around them. ]
