I think the only real answers we'll get about that will be from Josselyn Creed, when they track her down.
( Jayce assumes it will only be a matter of time. Unless she has a secret contact in the Feywilds, she is public enemy number one. She won't get away with it. Especially with the acolytes who did turn over, they probably could advise them on places she would hide.

Our group who tried to get all of you out of the cavern, we were separated into two, I was doing the distraction and negotiation at the other end. They're zealots, they had thought this was what the gods wanted them to do, and they were starting to have doubts that it was the truth. Seeing the Summoned escape and us finding them, it was looking bad for their connection to the gods, as they were out of luck.
( Jayce is fairly certain that is why they actually turned over. It is known that the Summoned are apparently 'blessed' by the gods to them, so that is what he, Rhy, and Lenore pressed on. Their obsession with the gods and religion, and their doubts that they were misled into what they wanted. It bothers him, Jayce doesn't really believe in any of it that way, but whatever works.)
We convinced a good number of them to turn themselves in, on top of the ones who let Steve and Nero out from where you were. They should be more talkative.
