I think they may have once been affiliated with Solvunn, Josselyn Creed was one of their officials. But they've splintered off for certain. I'm sure Solvunn feels at least partially responsible for all of this.

The Free Cities and Thorne also ignored the kidnappings of natives under their own nose and only noticed when we were taken. I hope they will all have learned something from this. Including how to work together.
