The status of Dean's vitality is something that, as far as she can tell, is up for debate. She isn't clear on all the details, what's fact and what's wishful thinking. Things have been busy as she's gotten back to her regular routine - and all the added bits to it these days.
It still doesn't explain what this whole set-up is. She hasn't seen Dean in months at this point, hasn't gotten any messages of explanation or anything like that. This is weird. Assuming it's actually him - but there's been no hint of the Singularity getting up to anything, no rumblings of stirring gods poking at their minds, none of the little hints and indications that Something Is Happening.
But he's not someone she'd expect to be making grand romantic gestures toward her, either. She supposes this could be some post-near-death-experience thing, that can mess someone up. Turn the mind towards certain things, the eternal dance of Thanatos and Eros. Who else would he go to, if escaping certain doom has his blood up? It's...almost flattering, in that case.
