Istredd would probably agree he doesn't think it's the center of all universes. He wouldn't be surprised if it's connected to them though, in some way. If it's capable of sending the Summoned back, it must be able to do something that knocks them into their universe. It's all speculation. Istredd would just prefer to assume the Singularity is important enough to protect.
