The grapes are so clearly made for wine, but he can't help but find how they burst sour and turn sweet, with skin that always remains crisp, without a hint of the softness of rot, so delightful.

I hesitate to say one way or the other. Certainly Throne appears to have the most investment in the Singularity and, thus, us, but I feel it would be an ill mistake to underestimate what knowledge they may have, and how they mean to use it. With more and more of us appearing, I wonder... if one power will feel confident enough to press on the others.
