[ Kahlil is an extrovert hiding beneath the well worn mask of an introvert. It's been his job to fade into the shadows and observe, to be careful not to stand out. None of that changed when he arrived in Abraxas, and many in Thorne mistake him for his mask. Here, Kell gets to see a little of what his brother does: the easy smiles and laughter, the quiet energy the exudes from him and enjoyment as the nearby dancers flit in and out of their space. When the first song ends and the crowd starts up in cheers and crowing, Kyle is just as loud as any of them.
But all the while he's sure to keep most of his attention on Kell, making sure that he's enjoying himself and not getting too overwhelmed by the crowding bodies or the noise. As the next song ends and the musicians transition to something a little slower, Kahlil glances at Kell with his hand out, head cocked. ]
