[Given that this is her first time here, Marianne spends a lot of time exploring Libertas, either with or without her fellow Summoned from Fódlan. She avoids the gambling halls and taverns, as they're not at all her speed, but she does spend a lot of time browsing around the shops and the artist's alley or watching the demonstrations in the market square. For the most part, she plays the part of a quiet observer, taking everything in with wide, curious eyes. There's a lot to take in, and a lot to be admired, but to someone whose world has been rather small for most of her life it's also a bit overwhelming.
Should she accidentally bump into someone--a very likely possibility given the crowds and her own clumsiness--she'll quickly give the offended party a small bow.]
I-I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were there...
[Eventually, when the bustle of the city gets to be too much for her, she'll duck into a stable and introduce herself to whoever's in charge so that she can care for (and fuss over) some of the horses that belong to either residents or travelers to the city. As she brushes out one of the mares, she coos softly to her.]
Whoever owns you isn't taking very good care of your coat, you poor thing.
[If there's someone else in the stable with her, she's entirely oblivious to it.]
