Jesper's been sticking with his Free Cities people who came too, and in truth he barely notices people from the others outside of Wanda. Not as an insult, he is simply very focused on what is happening. And he assumes if anyone knows him, they can interact later. He has finished his popcorn though. It is gruesome, no question about it, and he usually only sees hangings.

Gray eyes dart to the side when he realizes someone was there and recognizes Kell. He sips from his flask, noting that the other man is far more upset about it than he is. Unsurprising. The Crows are a particularly vicious lot underneath their dynamic personalities.

"I did consider tossing something fatal into her head from here with my telekinesis, make it faster. But then I'd get in more trouble than I'm already in." Jesper on the whole likes to kill people fast. He's been doing it for weeks. Torture only happened for specific purposes, but he did shoot a lot of people in the knees to keep them from escaping. It hasn't been a time for mercy.

He offers Kell the flask. It is of fairly strong liquor, something similar to whiskey. "After what she did to you, Kell? Sympathy isn't on my mind."
