[ This trip hadn't been entirely just play for Hilda. It would be hard to deny that she had spent a considerable amount of time for it shopping, but there had been some work. Or maybe the better word for it was market research since nothing she did in her spare time was something she considered work.

Much of her time spent in the artist alleys had not only included collecting supplies for her own contribution to the gala that evening, but an observation of the street performers too. She hadn't been certain what to expect but she had been pleasantly surprised by the variety of different forms of art.
