Jesper moves his hand from Kell's back and simply puts his arm loosely around the redhead's shoulders, tugging him close to his side. A sideways hug, basically, and he makes it seem so casual and easy. Affection always is for him, as Kell might remember from the time they flirted before it became sex.

"Don't rush yourself. If there's anything I've learned, it's that trauma can't just be willed away. It'll come back in the worst ways."

That is how he sees what happened with Mat. He feels very guilty about it, and at this point hasn't said a word to Mat since their break up. Jesper would normally say he is not the type of person who would act that way or say those things, but he was at the end of his rope and some of his own trauma reared its ugly head at him. All that time he pushed it away didn't matter.

"I promised Rhy I would get you back. He was going to the island, I was going to the mountains. I didn't know at the time who his brother was." He only figured it out later. Jesper feels a little bad because he tries not to be tacky like having sex with siblings, but it's not as if he could know. "I'm glad I did though. I'm glad you made it."
