Jesper knows very well that Wylan's had a particularly shitty life. Proof that being rich doesn't actually protect someone from misery. He hates few people more than Jan Van Eck. He is still a little surprised when Wylan kisses him since they've been careful about that, but he is never against Wylan kisses. He knows it's more a gratitude thing and it's gentle since they're in public. He puts his hands on Wylan's hips though afterward, lingering before releasing him.

"I know," Jesper says quietly. He knows that Wylan's never gotten gifts because eventually he started to do it in their year together. It never really felt as good as this though, because it was using Wylan's own money. Now that he has money of his own, the gift feels more real.

"Come with me, let me show you something." Jesper knows Libertas fairly well having been here off and on for months now. He tugs playfully at Wylan's sleeve instead of taking his hand though. They're still navigating all these details. "I'm going to make you clothes soon. Special clothes." Jesper's Durast training means he can now make corecloth. Everyone in his life he worries about has a version. Mostly all chest pieces, but the Crows get more.

He takes him down the artist alley which is visually very interesting, pointing out a particular sculpture on display. "A while back, we all got together and helped empty out dangerous metals from the mines. A fellow made it into this. I think it's sweet." And it's a nice gesture about something the Summoned did as a team, to make the world better.
