[ Henry’s right; Eddie can acknowledge that. None of them can exactly leave Abraxas, and worryingly, no one seems to know exactly what happens to those who do. Switching factions is nearly impossible, and there’s seldom a chance to breathe between kidnappings and other strange happenings.

The problem is, Eddie doesn’t feel particularly trapped here, and now that Henry mentions it…that bothers him more than it probably should. He’s always been something of a wild spirit, and he wonders if there’s something wrong with him for not feeling the walls of this world pressing in on him. It doesn’t take very much to make Eddie’s anxiety flare up, but the fact that he’s bothered by something not bothering him is absurd.

And on top of all of that, Henry’s question is harder to answer than it has any right to be. Eddie talks a lot of shit on Indiana, but there’s plenty he misses from his world. The music, movies, cereal packed with so much sugar it was bound to rot his teeth by age thirty, his uncle, the band and Hellfire, but— ]

I do like the people, and I guess it’d be pretty hard to be happy if you’re surrounded by people you can't stand, so…yeah, I guess I’m doing alright here. There’s worse prisons. Maybe. Probably.
