But maybe that's the wrong way to be thinking about it; in addition to the idea of being summoned causing a stronger connection, maybe the Singularity isn't necessarily even of this world itself.

I hear some of us just spontaneously find we've got some sorta' magic, too, even without studying it. I think they said you still have to practice to get good at usin' it, but it just kind of appears as somethin' you can do.
