When it comes to Natasha's questions about the King, Thancred is quick to add to Lucifer's response with a frustrated shake of his head. "I don't believe I know any more than what you've already heard, I'm afraid. I find it hard to believe that he'd be open to the idea of his wife being dragged from the throne, however." Unless he's harboring some deep secrets, but Thancred would rather assume that both of them will need to be dealt with in one fell swoop.
Then, with a glance back toward Lucifer, he continues on. "Anastasia, on the other hand, is someone I do believe could be an ally to us. Jolene Sybell as well. I believe I gave my reasoning for that at our last meeting."
Though he's welcome to refresh the two of them on those points if it's necessary, Lucifer then starts going on about arming Nott to attack Thorne and bring down their warding. And here Thancred thought he had a bold plan in mind; this is outright chaotic, as far as he's concerned. His eyebrows both raise in alarm and he presses off of the wall.
"To be frank, I don't know that instigating further conflict is the right way to go about this, and even with some manner of upper hand, I doubt that Nott's resources could match Thorne's unless we find a way to greatly weaken them. I think we may need to be a bit more subtle and measured about this."
Hopefully Natasha will agree with him on this point. Thancred takes a moment to drag his hand through his hair. "Now that things have calmed slightly, I do plan to approach Jolene about this."
