Lucifer doesn't react to hearing Geralt's name spoken only because he knows Geralt was in the pit.

He does react with age-old, worn annoyance at the mention of the casket. There is no surprise though, so Kyle likely can take a wild guess about why Lucifer was so stressed and vigilant during the boat trip.
