[Jayce, Claude, and Sam have been waiting for the right time during the festival to do the unveiling. It is during the first day as the large open-air market is set up at the plaza in front of the newly unveiled Old Public Hall.]

Hello everyone!

[Jayce steps forward first and he has a strong voice used to making public statements. He's smiling widely, his own enthusiasm palpable.]

We have exciting news but first I would love a round of applause for the incredible work that has been put together for the Old Public Hall and this festival. Jaskier, our very own Gem of the Phoenix, and Alucard have worked tirelessly on this project.

[Jayce applauds, hoping other people will do the same.]

As you may have heard, we were given permission to create a Summoned Conclave. Vanguard Sam Wilson, Claude von Riegan, and myself, Jayce Talis, were elected to represent the Conclave, and we're very honored. Our first request to the Free Cities, voted on by the Summoned, was a permanent portal opened to Aquila. Our news is that it has been officially approved!

For a crossing fee, people can now explore Aquila directly. We want to thank Fallon Marsh as well as the other representatives for making this a reality.
