Okay for one, Julie and I aren't 'business partners', she's my best friend. And second of all....I don't share anything that's told to me in confidence, if that's what you're worried about. I am a medical professional. Confidentiality is important. For a million reasons.

I grew up in a bunch of different small towns in New Hampshire. You know how it is, everybody's all over everybody else's business. I hated that. Especially since I was a foster kid, all the old church ladies and neighbors wanted to know everything about me. And my first couple of foster parents were happy to tell them everything. Even though they were supposedly devout, church going Catholics and the Bible is pretty clear that gossipers aren't okay. The point is....I get it.
