I believe we can petition private citizens for resources as well, particularly those of means and education in Hayle. They seemed quite interested in the Summoned; that curiosity may serve some purpose beyond idle interest.
I admit I've only spent a small amount of time in Hayle, and only recently, but by my understanding, there are some people there of modest means, apart from those born of noble houses?
