You know what, I'll take that as a compliment. But then again, I don't quite have Maple's bone structure. Or long face.

She sighs at his question, mostly because she isn't sure that she wants to reveal that she had been reticent to go inside the tree in the first place. ]
 
Well, I don't know if it was really working or not. Meditating to get into the Horizon is easy enough, but that tree felt alive, you know? 

[ It's entirely possible she would have enjoyed it more were she not on edge already, but there's no way of knowing now. Not unless she found some time to try and go there before they left for Cadens. ]

I guess that part was already making me nervous.
