Bay recognizes the movement of 'getting her attention' reflexively, something her body is more used to than she is. And her response is a small wave without saying anything.

"Oh, just getting some spices for cooking. The castle doesn't really use a lot of them, and my current tastebuds prefer some more subtle accents." She has a small bag of purchases, paid for by selling some of her sketches and paintings, under her arm along with her sketchbook. "I can make due the rest of the month, but I need to really stock up when I can get to Nocwich again."
