[Jaskier pulls from the air and offers the little leosylph a bit of tuna -- a favorite of Geralt's same creature -- and scratches it under the chin. He may appear distracted by the creature (and he's hardly built up any resistance to their adorable faces even whilst living with one), but one ear is turned towards Istredd as he listens.
Istredd certainly sounds like an expert. Far more than anyone else Jaskier has listened to. Though, interest in monoliths is not a very popular trait among the crowds he moves through.
Thanks to the shapeshifter and Ciri, it's become personal.]
Geralt thinks so? Interesting.
[Actually, that makes a good deal of sense. He can only imagine Geralt gets those ideas from Julie. Or they share them. And Geralt's interest in the Singularity is certainly vested now.
Now Jaskier looks up at him, rising to his full height.] A theory I share. Simply gleaned from what I've managed to pick up during my time here. [He spreads his hands, then curls his fingers back up.] I'm a bit surprised to hear others share it, actually, but I don't spend much time conspiring about the Singularity, either. [He huffs a laugh.] Why, one could even imagine a bard being granted surprising and growing levels of chaos simply the first step towards such a thing.
[He certainly saw the shapeshifter growing plants on a sword to be something near akin to a deity. Certainly terrifying.]
