To be clear, the factions can already make group portals and stuff, we do it every month to Nocwich, but it's more that the Summoned aren't in control of their own version. They're not going to teach us how to do one, that's the problem, and if we can get a sneaky option from studying the cult, that would give us the ability to leave our factions in an emergency. We can't rely on those two to show up and save everyone again.
