"Yeah, I've noticed. It's subtle, but there." It's not as prevalent, though, not everywhere. He doesn't feel absolutely incapable even when surrounded by magic users, since he can at least interact with the technology in some way, but he knows he'll need to start studying some of the magic if he wants to develop more in the setting, even if it's just basic spells. At least, the powers he's gained courtesy of the Singularity are helping.
