That makes sense, he supposes. The ones with no power and little economic presence don't tend to have much weight in terms of politics. And revolutions are very idyllic on paper, but someone needs to front the credits they need for the tools, the infrastructures, the plans they might come up with. That, and a few good minds that can actually produce solid ideas. That's just as rare.
