"It's been on my mind more than once, actually. I've heard of similar portals in other realms represented here. In fact, there seems to be more than have identified something like it than not. Which does feed into the idea that we're all connected to one another, and to here."

So Claire only adds herself to worlds where they have something similar, a way to get to other worlds or other times, that seem to have some kind of rules but are unknown in general. He's heard of enough by now it seems more than a coincidence. And as an archaeologist, as she would know, he doesn't entirely believe in coincidences after a few various things all seem to track together. This all seems intertwined to him.
