If the vigorous motions of Mogwry's restrained arms are any indication to Hilda, the moogle is probably attempting to give Rocket a rather rude hand gesture. In other instances she might have been willing to let him because sometimes stirring the pot is exactly the sort of thing a girl needs to brighten up their day - but that's what the flying is for. And frankly, she'd prefer to avoid Mogwry and Rocket wrestling themselves off of Waffle and plummeting into the sky.
When Rocket slips his hand into hers, her smile brightens that much more as she helps hop down the platform towards the awaiting wyvern. Getting Mogwry up is the first course of action. Just as she lifts him however she gives him a stern look that very clearly warns him to be on his best behaviour. It's met with a stubborn silence that she takes as agreement and finally relinquishes her grasp on him. Mogwry's little wings flutter up to his appointed spot and at that point it's Rocket's turn. He'd probably be able to scramble up but she motions for him to go first anyway. ]
