[Despite lacking a full-time occupation in this land, Altaïr has plenty to keep his days busy, between attending lectures, preparing his caches, wandering while looking for anything odd or otherwise of note, and of course performing those cobbled-together odd jobs that make his living, such as it is. But he keeps coming back to places of learning, like this hall, the great library of Cadens and elsewhere — how can he resist, when there's so much left to learn?]
