[Diana is entirely earnest with her words, and she's glad he believes her. The corners of her lips turn down at his description of the kikimore, but she doesn't seem deterred from entering the water. When he starts to ready himself for the plunge, she does as well, but that really only means untying her outer chiton to leave her in her underthings--she's learned, now, that it's more socially acceptable to keep clothing on in the water, though she still can't say it makes sense to her.
She toes off her sandals, and reassures him:]
I will. [Even if they do encounter this kikimore, she's fairly certain she can get the both of them out of the bay before it becomes dangerous. She straightens after folding her chiton neatly on a rock, and smiles.]
