Jesper can be found in his Horizon off and on during the month, usually in the Crow Club. He likes to sit there and pretend play poker and is delighted if he spots someone in the club. The whiskey is good and the ambiance is gritty, but it's still home to him and the Crows, who all share this space. He can be seen there having a drink and hanging out, relaxing.

For people who get curious about his little cabin or know exactly where it is, they can find him either inside, playing the guitar or the drums with no actual skill, just for fun, or outside at the shooting range. There are a large variety of guns at the range and it's all meant for good fun, although Jesper's happy to teach people how to use it.
