Jesper does know him extremely well so it really should have been obvious to him what Kaz was doing, letting them both go, uncertain if they'd come back. It's very him, but he figured since he kept coming when he was called, it proved that wasn't the case. Except this Kaz didn't get that reassurance, which is why he's glad that he has it here, that he knows no one can take Jesper away from him. It's them until the end.

Since it's skin contact that is the problem Jesper is very greedy about putting his hands wherever he can as long as it's over clothes. Over his chest, hooked around his shoulders, down his back. He curls his fingers in his shirt and reels him in closer, one of those strong legs moving around his hip to hook him in.

"Well the conclave is a step closer to that. We need the Summoned to get even more unified." Jesper pulls him in for a quick kiss before speaking again. "The problem is we currently don't have any power in our situation. I don't know how we could do that." They don't have to negotiate with them simply for being Summoned, they hold no positions of authority. In a way, he wishes they would ask something of the Summoned, so they at least had something to use.

"The most beautiful? Well you know just how to stroke my ego, don't you?" A playful arch of an eyebrow at that. He leans over to whisper into Kaz's ear. "I was thinking." Always a dangerous thing. "That I really need to see you naked." He kisses his cheek. "What if we took our clothes off and touched ourselves and watched each other?" Jesper might want his hands all over Kaz but he can look instead, and he'd be all about that. And it wouldn't cause any trouble for Kaz's touch aversion since he's not doing it.
