I don't spend a whole lot of time planet-side, and most of what we got up in space lacks flavour. Or proper cooking. [ Which is fine, you know, because it's about getting the nutrients and not about the experience of food itself. ] But even when we get a chance to do all of this, it's different. Different ingredients, different making methods — at least from what I've seen.
