There's a smug sort of half-smile at the way Martin jumps, but Emet doesn't press further on that at least. It's not worth his while to, and he's not actually interested in antagonizing someone who at least seems to have the same approximate ideas he does, in regards to learning what there is to know about this world. He just also isn't particularly inclined to hide his amusement, either.

Figuring out which details have some manner of basis in truth and which are merely embellishments might be somewhat more difficult, but better to gather what information there might be first and then work on deciding which might or might not be relevant.
