It's far more tempting yet to murmur something matching that thrum of his pulse as it grows louder from that look in his eyes. A novelty to know what it means, he reminds himself again, as a too affectionate smile curves its way onto his mouth as Hilda piles more tasks onto him in the name of vacation plans.
