The frame of the bike is step-through, another indication that Viktor was perhaps designing it with himself in mind, despite the fact that it was ostensibly a commission. The blueprints, of course, have plans for a more traditional frame, one that someone might need to swing a leg over, but the practical prototype is clearly made to facilitate his being in the driver's seat (figuratively speaking, of course). With his exoskeleton, he's much more balanced than usual, and Viktor is practiced when he affixes his metal boot into the pedal.]

There's a moment of shakiness as he lifts his other foot off the ground and clips it in, but soon enough they're rolling forward.]
