WHO: Yuri and Relena
WHAT: Relena introduces Yuri to the wonders of the Horizon
WHEN: October
WHERE: Solvunn/Horizon
Yuri's not really a metaphysical dude. Meditation, other planes of existence—he doesn't have any interest. Hell, he doesn't even have the head for magic, and he mostly left working out the intricacies of the Child of the Full Moon and the spirits to Rita. Left to his own devices, he prefers the cold hard realities of his sword.
But Rita isn't here, and the Horizon is integral to... whatever the hell is going on here. Whether it's his area of expertise or not, he needs to at least understand it enough to use it. He can't be left blind on this when he's already blind on so much else about this world.
He picks Relena to give him the crash course. While they don't know everything about each other, they've spent enough time together for Yuri to pick up on a few things. Namely, she seems willing to help, but more importantly, she strikes him as smart and no-nonsense about this sort of thing.
So he keeps an eye out for her, and when he runs into her at one of the markets, approaches her with what passes for tact in Yuri Lowell world.
"Hey. Got a minute?"

At least her trips to the market serve more purpose. Geralt had the idea of visiting her to speak with traders from outside of Solvunn. She was unused to a world with such old forms of trade and travel, so it had not immediately crossed her mind, but she immediately adopted the habit of regular visits to visit stalls and speak to the other outsiders who have found themselves in Solvunn for the time being.
She perks up from the produce stall she's found herself at and turns to Yuri with a short wave of her hand.
"Of course. What did you need, Yuri?"
