[One can imagine his gaze as a nail pinning a bug to a board. Mortals seemed under that impression, looking back over centuries.

But mankind had learned to thank him and continue on their way. Some had offered their faith and their minds; while some divines had offered nothing. But they failed to realise they had offered everything. The opportunity to unweave their emotions and stitch them together. He knows how this one looks up to him, aroused and attracted in equal measure, believing in this moment he is the one.]
