"Very thoughtless, I demand at least a dozen more kisses before I'll forgive you." Jesper does vaguely remember the sweet-faced boy Koby used to be long ago. A lot of details in his long life get mixed up, years here and there, but he likes bringing out that person again. He can see it in his laugh, in his smitten smile, and he holds him close, rubbing a hand up and down his back as they practically cuddle.

"I would have had to send in a search party if you thought any longer." Jesper is known for popping in on people who maybe stopped coming out as much. He cheerfully tugs the more morose among them too, mostly because he never forgets people. Time, maybe, first meetings, most likely, but the people he once wrote lovingly (and lustfully) into a book, never.

"Don't be sorry, we have the time." As far as they know, eternal time. The older gods have been around for thousands and thousands of years, and they're simply the new class of them. Jesper isn't even entirely certain how many years he's been in this world, but all he knows is the path ahead of him is wide.
