[Protagonists with spirit are among his favorites, but then so are the immeasurably flawed, the societal underdogs with nothing else to lose. As far as tropes went, the more interesting, the better. This book, yet to be published, wasn't terrible. It had its share of lessons within the bindings and no shortage of suspense.

Dustin's gotten used to her spiritual body by now, when at first he was blown away and enamored - asking question after question, in quick succession until they both were flustered. These days it's more easygoing, just sharing stories and time. There's simplicity in it that brings him solace.]


I don't know. I think I'll see what else they can come up with. No story is perfect the first time around. There's a reason it's called a first draft. How would you write it?
