[ She can remember, many centuries ago, that she used to still pine while he was away in the mountains. Time seemed to pass more slowly then, and she doesn't clearly recall whether they were still... mortal. But more and more seasons passed, becoming fuzzy and undefined in her mind, and soon her heart stopped aching when she missed him in those months. Changed, until the sharp corners of impatience wore down to a softer kind of wistfulness in the back of her chest. Waiting.

Julie has always waited. She always will.

With a hum and a giggle, she presses her lips gently to his knuckles, holds the back of his hand to her cheek and leans into it. The sun filters through the trees and makes the dusting of freckles across her nose sparkle like flakes of diamond. Her lashes hang low as she looks up at him. ]
It may take more time for my brain to miss you, but I know someone else who misses you the second we say goodbye. So don't take too long now, my wolf.

[ From another pile closer to the Singularity, a larger ring of woven asters and marigolds rises on its own, flies straight into her outstretched free hand. Reaching up, she places it atop his head with aplomb. ]

You know I always make extras. [ Even the blooms that surround the Singularity, if one looks closely enough, appear as an actual circle. A crown, albeit at the wrong end. Several of her butterflies immediately settle amongst Geralt's flowers. ] I'm going to play a little trick on the humans. Let them think the squirrels are hiding something.
